You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the App. Aventra Network does not knowingly provide services to minors under the legal age.
3. Use of the App
- You may use the App for lawful purposes only.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the App.
- Mining rewards and tokens are subject to the App’s rules and blockchain protocols.
- All user activity is logged for security, analytics, and compliance purposes.
4. User Accounts
Some App features require creating an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials.
- All activities conducted through your account.
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and App design are owned by Aventra Network or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without explicit permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services such as Firebase and Google AdMob. These services may collect certain information as part of their operation. We are not responsible for their individual privacy policies or any service interruptions caused by them.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Aventra Network does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aventra Network will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including loss of tokens, data, or profits.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aventra Network operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
